We can look after all stages of documentation for you proposed development. If you have not selected your architect for the project we can help you with the selection and organise architectural design for your Development Application and finally for Construction Certificate submissions. We provide the following services: Structural design & detailing for new residences Structural design & detailing for Additions and Alterations Inspections and written reports on structural damage (cracked walls, subsidence of footings, failed retaining walls etc) Pre-purchase structural reports Our structural design includes: Footing & raft slabs and slabs on ground Suspended concrete slabs Structural steelwork Timber structures Retaining walls If your development requires civil and drainage design we can provide: Concept Storm water drainage for Development Application, including On Site Detention storage (OSD).
